Announcement of rules
On November 20, 2024, the Board of Health approved the set of rules ) 5 CCR 1005-7, Natural Medicine Testing Facility Certification and Testing. The rules will go into effect and be made available on the Secretary of State’s website on January 20, 2025.
These regulations establish testing standards for natural medicine and natural medicine products, as well as the certification of laboratories to perform this testing.
