Give yourself and your baby all the benefits of breastfeeding.
Along with doctors and all major medical organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the World Health Organization, we recommend:
- For the first 6 months, feed your baby only human milk, even if it is offered by bottle.
- After 6 months, continue breastfeeding while offering solid foods for at least the first 12 months or as long as you and your baby wish to continue.
Breastfeeding longer has benefits that last a lifetime.
